At YKZ Enerji, we provide maintenance and technical support services for the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) used at Kalyon PV, one of Turkey’s largest solar panel production facilities. Through this project, the digital monitoring of production processes, real-time data analysis, and continuity of automation infrastructure have been ensured, significantly increasing energy efficiency.
The proper functioning of the MES system plays a critical role in Kalyon PV’s production performance and quality control processes. Within the scope of the project, we regularly carry out system updates, performance analyses, error tracking, maintenance planning, and process reporting, ensuring the secure and uninterrupted operation of the plant’s digital infrastructure.
Thanks to this project, we have contributed to the digital transformation of a manufacturing facility in the renewable energy sector, achieving maximum production continuity, system security, and operational efficiency.
